LOCAL NEWS LIVE - (LNL) is in search of a host to lead our 24/7 live national news network.

The ideal candidate for LNL possesses a fervor for journalism, a robust background in narrative crafting, and a strong ambition to excel in live, breaking news coverage as well as major national stories.

LOCAL NEWS LIVE seeks a host who can adapt quickly, thrive in dynamic situations, and embrace an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Lead breaking news coverage, live events, and newscasts.
  • Demonstrated ability to present news without a script.
  • Compose headlines and scripts to enhance the overall quality of the channel.
  • Collaborate with producers to create and deliver engaging news content.
  • Support producers in newsgathering, event preparation, and resource acquisition.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a news host at a television station.
  • Familiarity with ENPS, Edius, BitCentral, and digital content management systems.
