Associate - Wealth Management Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders to provide seamless service and support.
- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations to wealth advisors.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions related to investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, gather necessary information, and set up their accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with wealth advisors and other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
