About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Specialist to join our team at Vaishnavi Furniture Import Inc. as an Office Furniture Installation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for office furniture, ensuring a smooth and timely installation process.
  • Documentation and Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate invoices and work orders, documenting all installation activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precise placement and alignment of furniture.
  • Worksite Preparation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and prepare the worksite for installation, including erecting scaffolding and other working platforms as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of office furniture.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple installations and deadlines to meet.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and documentation.

Working Conditions
