About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Furniture Installation Specialist to join our team at Vaishnavi Furniture Import Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for office furniture, ensuring a smooth and timely installation process.
  • Documentation and Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate invoices and work orders, documenting all installations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring a precise fit and minimizing errors.
  • Worksite Preparation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Technical Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying technical knowledge to ensure accurate installations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity required.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and working in a physically demanding environment.
