About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Furniture Installation Specialist to join our team at Vaishnavi Furniture Import Inc. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for our clients' office spaces.
  • Documentation and Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate invoices and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring a smooth and error-free process.
  • Material Management: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for installations.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Scaffolding and Platform Installation: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, flexibility, reliability, and strong values and ethics.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to train and develop skills to meet the demands of the role.
