Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Aide to join our team at Memory & Company. As a Patient Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental stimulation
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to maintain their personal hygiene and dignity
  • Supply and empty bed pans, and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Serve meal trays and feed patients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
  • Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and precision to prevent injury or discomfort
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines to promote physical activity and mobility
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond promptly to their requests
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in patient care or a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
