About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team at Di Ciocco Farms Incorporated. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting and Packing: Help with the harvesting and packing of fruits and vegetables, ensuring they meet our high quality standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and repairing farm equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market, ensuring they meet our standards.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, hand-eye coordination, and flexibility.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and varying weather conditions.
