We are seeking a skilled Farm Laborer to join our team at Flavor Fresh Farms Ltd. as a Vegetable Harvesting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for hand harvesting vegetables, planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.

Work Environment

As a Farm Laborer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be exposed to hot and cold temperatures, and will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hand harvesting vegetables, including cucumbers and tomatoes
  • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Working in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding work environment
Working Conditions

As a Farm Laborer, you will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
