Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Manage client prequalification sites
- Prepare client pre-qualifications, RFI's, EOI's and RFP's
- Filing and data entry
- Schedule employee orientations
- Inventory tracking and reporting
- Assist management team as needed
- Coordinate business development events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office 365
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and Adobe
- Must have knowledge of ISNetworld, Ecovadis, Complyworks, Avetta
- Proficient in data entry
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
