Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance function and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or technical leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance management, including experience with preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
