Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the maintenance function to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and prioritize maintenance projects
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, maintenance management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing maintenance teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
