Retail Store Manager

DUNMORE SHELL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial management.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
