Retail Store Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this Retail Store Supervisor position at Bob's Liquor Beer & Wine Store will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory.
- Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and merchandise.
- Cash Handling and Security: Ensure accurate cash handling procedures, maintain security protocols, and prevent theft or loss.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales associates, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-7 months of experience in retail management or supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on the national average salary for retail store supervisors in the United States.
