Position Overview:
As a Project Implementation Leader, you will oversee the allocation of resources—material, time, IT, and personnel—across various sectors to ensure project objectives are achieved within specified timelines and budgets. Your role involves assessing project viability, identifying opportunities, crafting action plans, establishing milestones, and orchestrating project teams. You will supervise and manage contributors engaged in delivering the technological and application aspects of large-scale, innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan deliverables related to the technology and application components. Accurately estimate project costs while considering complexities, issues, and interdependencies with other initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of contributors involved in delivering the application and technology components. Ensure high team performance, quality control, and adherence to project-specific standards and methodologies.
- Manage the coordination of deliverables for the application and technology components. Ensure compliance with agreements, budgets, and timelines while aligning with project priorities.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate impacts concerning the application and technology components, formulating strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with project leaders to handle change requests, oversee solution testing, and implement strategies for the application and technology components. Ensure the availability of necessary infrastructure platforms.
