Milan Logistics is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Management: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
- Logistics Coordination: Load and unload goods, obtain special permits, and oversee the condition of the vehicle, including inspections and maintenance.
- Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, record cargo information, and maintain log books detailing all repairs and checks performed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other drivers and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Certifications: AZ class license
- Skills: Attention to detail, handling heavy loads, large workload, overtime required, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, sitting
- Experience: Experience an asset
