Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at COBS Bread Bakery. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage cash handling and oversee payroll administration
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Develop and implement visual display and merchandising strategies to drive sales
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing displays and exhibits
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and computer technology
