About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at CHAIMS PRO INC. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate office operations, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
