Requirements:
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of store operations excellence.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales associates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
