Assistant Store Manager

Store Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in achieving day-to-day store operations and management goals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, supporting Farm Boy's vision of a premium shopping experience.
Team Development: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, focusing on employee growth, coaching, and recognition.
Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in retail operations, including inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and quality control.
Health and Safety: Participate in implementing the health and safety program, adhering to recommendations from the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
QualificationsEducation and Experience: Completion of a post-secondary program in business, combined with 5-7 years of retail management experience, preferably in perishable food, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications: Possession of Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve plus Level A First Aid and Basic CPR certification, or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to learn manual and automated systems/tools.
