**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Autocad Designer to join our team. As an Autocad Designer, you will be responsible for preparing design documents for a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, municipal, and other civil/architectural designs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare civil and architectural construction documents that meet permitting requirements and allow for efficient project execution.
  • Integrate multiple key factors, such as regulatory requirements, client design criteria, and sound engineering practices, into your design work.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain strong relationships and ensure that all construction documents are precise, clear, and aligned with our drafting standards and design philosophy.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and attention to detail while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

**Qualifications**

  • Associate's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil or architectural design, with the ability to be self-sufficient during periods of absence by senior staff.
  • Proficiency in Autocad and SketchUp (or equivalent rendering experience).
  • Mechanical drafting experience is an asset but not required, as training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
