Job Summary:

The General Manager, Sales will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Database management skills
  • MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook skills
  • Experience in sales and marketing
Work Environment:

The General Manager, Sales will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
