Parking Lot Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team at SARAI TRUCKING LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and tasks.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in our parking lot operations.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on parking lot activities and operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support parking lot operations.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Electronic Scheduler, and Dispatch Management Service Software.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, with a permanent position and 30 hours per week.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
