  • Requisition or order materials and equipment to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of parking lot attendants, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of performance and compliance.
  • Resolve work-related problems and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments as needed.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle emergency situations and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.

    Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

    • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
    • Stand for extended periods, walking and moving around the parking lot as needed.
    • Combine sitting, standing, and walking to perform tasks and duties.

        Work Site Environment:

        Work outdoors in a parking lot environment, with air-conditioned facilities available as needed.

        Workers Supervised:

        Parking lot attendants, reporting to the Parking Lot Supervisor.
