Parking Lot Operations Manager

Avalon Translink is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient parking operations.
- Monitor and maintain computer equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee quality and production levels to meet company standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and electronic scheduler software.
This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
