Job Description

VITALITY HEALTH FOOD STORE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to retain and grow customer base.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
