Position Overview: Paving Construction Laborer

Join Moga Construction Services as a dedicated Paving Construction Laborer. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work in the construction industry without the need for formal education or prior experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport various construction materials efficiently.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Mixing: Mix, pour, and spread materials including concrete and asphalt.
  • Framing Assistance: Assist in framing structures, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Site Preparation: Level earth to meet precise grade specifications.
  • Asphalt Work: Pave and rake asphalt surfaces.
  • Debris Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines and equipment utilized in construction activities.
