About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Pandora. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Pandora remains competitive.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of general computer software and retail point of sale systems.
