About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Broadway Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical operations of our organization, ensuring that all aspects of our supply chain are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all aspects of our supply chain are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all materials and supplies are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are in place, including basic security clearance.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, flexible, initiative-driven, organized, reliable, and team-player qualities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Basic security clearance
