Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Supply Chain Management: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisitioning and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improving productivity and product quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including basic security clearance.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accurate, flexible, initiative, organized, reliable, and team player qualities.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
