About the Role:
CB Canada is seeking an experienced Agile Methodology Framework Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding our client's Chief Information Officer - Project Management Office in developing an agile/hybrid framework, expanding and formalizing the agile practice, and providing assistance with organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition traditional waterfall project methodology to agile/hybrid project methodology and create agile framework for project team assessments.
- Experience as an agile coach/Scrum Master in a large organization with appropriate certification.
- Lead IT projects and have experience with various agile frameworks (e.g., Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe)).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in agile/hybrid project methodology and agile framework development.
- Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Disciplined Agile ScrumMaster (DASM), Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)).
- Experience leading IT projects and working with various agile frameworks.
