Position Overview

The Manufacturing Technician will play a crucial role in operational activities within departments such as Fractionation, Purification, Fill/Finish, or Packaging. This position offers the opportunity to acquire a diverse skill set by engaging in multiple manufacturing processes. The technician will operate in a highly regulated production environment that adheres to cGMP standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, operate, and sanitize assigned machinery
  • Complete Manufacturing batch documentation
  • Engage in all aspects of Manufacturing operations
  • Report any issues impacting cGMP adherence
  • Assist in the creation and execution of GMP documentation
  • Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance activities
  • Manage Manufacturing inventory

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably a diploma in pharmaceutical technology or a degree in Engineering or Science
  • At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Able to lift weights as necessary and adapt to various working conditions
  • Experience in clean room environments is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
