Position Overview
We seek a seasoned Systems Analyst who excels in collaborative settings, is self-driven, and is committed to enhancing and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, a quick learner, and possess practical experience or knowledge in SQL, .NET programming, PowerShell, DevOps, Power BI, ETL processes, and the capability to diagnose performance issues. This role will support the team in managing applications such as Informatica PowerCenter, BizTalk, Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse, Mobile Workforce Management, WebLogic, among others.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage critical application support tasks.
- Assist in the development and growth of employees within the group.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate professional competence with users, colleagues, and management.
- Provide technical and functional expertise on a broad spectrum of strategic, financial, regulatory, safety, and reputation-sensitive applications.
- Support the general administration of the department.
- Analyze and address complex incidents, problem reports, and inquiries promptly, recommending and implementing necessary actions or system modifications.
- Create detailed software design and functional specifications for bug fixes, maintenance updates, and enhancements related to in-scope applications.
- Develop software code based on design specifications, including writing new code, modifying existing code, and integrating software using a source control system.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of all application code, including records of updates; manage and track all access to the code. Maintain database objects and documentation such as ERDs, dictionaries, and libraries.
Qualifications
- 2-year Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, security, and related infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and perform all duties professionally.
- Expertise in applications such as SAP, Customer Information Systems (CIS), Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Mobile Workforce Management (MWFM), Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), or Content Management Systems (CMS) is advantageous.

If fully qualified System Analyst 4 candidates are not available, the following may be considered:
- System Analyst 3 applicants with 6 years of related work experience.
- System Analyst 2 applicants with 4 years of related work experience.
- System Analyst 1 applicants with 2 years of related work experience.
