**Drive Business Growth and Excellence**
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at Atlantic Lottery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership on matters related to achievement of our corporate strategy and financial goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee the management of financial reporting tools and systems to ensure timely and accurate data-driven decision making.
- Direct oversight and stewardship of people and culture, finance, supply chain management, employee communications, change management, process excellence, and business intelligence and research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and drive innovation.
- At least 15 years of senior management experience in a financial leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Exceptional financial management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive business decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
