About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our underground and tree care products in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase sales revenue in your assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
    • Prospect and acquire new customers, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to drive growth.
  • Product Knowledge and Support
    • Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including Ditch Witch trenchers/plows, mini-skid steers, vac trailers, and directional drills, as well as Morbark brush chippers and Rayco stump grinders.
    • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in your assigned territory.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Manage sales documentation, including customer status reports and sales call activities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction and forestry industry.
    • Proven track record of sales success and growth in a defined territory.
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Ability to travel extensively throughout your assigned territory.
    • Valid driver's license and passport required.
