We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Mechanics Supervisor to oversee our skilled team at 2618532 Ontario Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our automotive service department.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
- Supervise and manage the activities of automotive service workers
- Coordinate and schedule daily operations and projects
- Recruit, hire, and manage staffing requirements
- Estimate costs and required materials for projects
- Utilize CADD and other relevant software for project management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recommend personnel actions based on performance
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
- Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and collaborate with other departments
Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Environment- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
