About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Child Caregiver at Roshanzamir and Golpira. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development in children
    • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore and learn
  • Household Management
    • Assume full responsibility for household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
    • Manage household supplies and groceries
  • Health and Safety
    • Administer medication and provide basic first aid as needed
    • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining a clean and hygienic living space
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support
    • Work collaboratively with the family to achieve their care and support goals
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Work Environment
    • Non-smoking environment
