A Leadership Role: Deputy Chief Electoral Officer - Corporate Services
Reporting directly to the Chief Electoral Officer, the Deputy Chief Electoral Officer - Corporate Services (DCEO-CS) plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Elections BC. This position carries significant responsibility for:
- Developing and Implementing Corporate Strategies: The DCEO-CS leads the development and execution of comprehensive corporate strategies, encompassing objectives, partnerships, and tactical plans, to ensure alignment with Elections BC's strategic goals and mandate.
- Financial Management and Operational Excellence: Overseeing event and operational financial administration, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency in all activities.
- Strategic Human Resources Leadership: Guiding the development and implementation of human resources strategies to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce.
- Technology Infrastructure and Services: Ensuring the delivery of robust information technology systems and services that support Elections BC's operations and electoral processes.
- Electoral Integrity and Enforcement: Leading investigations and enforcement activities related to electoral events, upholding the integrity of the electoral system.
