About the Role

PCL Construction is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Student to join our team in the BC Region district - Kelowna Office. As an Engineering Student, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and gain valuable experience in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work-specific scope and trades
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions
  • Conduct deficiency walks and input/update deficiency logs
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and coordinate sub-trade work
  • Create and update schedules using Suretrak software
  • Obtain scheduling information from sub-trades
Requirements
  • Strong desire to work in a construction environment
  • Prior field construction experience is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting
