The Lease Service Manager plays a crucial role in steering a productive and profitable service division through effective staffing, customer loyalty initiatives, financial oversight, and meticulous service record management.

Reporting directly to the Director of Idealease, the Lease Service Manager is tasked with delivering guidance and support to the department while ensuring our clients receive complete leasing and rental solutions through our dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations alongside the Company's Health and Safety Policy. Develop and manage an annual operating budget for the service division. Evaluate and control departmental performance through relevant reporting and tracking mechanisms. Review technicians' daily productivity reports and associated payroll documentation. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat and referral business. Collaborate with vocational and technical institutions to enhance recruitment efforts. Create pricing guides and maintenance schedules for routine labor tasks. Implement a 72-hour follow-up protocol with clients to ensure satisfaction with services rendered. Maintain necessary reporting systems as required by senior management and corporate teams. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a service department within a commercial dealership or related industry. Strong interpersonal skills; must be outgoing, a positive thinker, and self-motivated. Proficient decision-making, problem-solving, and time management abilities. Required competencies include customer service, administrative skills, team building, and proficiency with software and technology. Experience with SAP is an asset. Criminal Record Check is required. Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's insurance guidelines.
