About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance required to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other operational activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of our clients and our cleaning staff.
