Meat Processing Position

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Viandes Lafrance. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut and trim carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer specifications
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat for packaging
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution
  • Remove bones from meat products
  • Weigh and package meats for sale
Work Environment

Our production facility is a cold and refrigerated environment, and you will be working in a fast-paced production setting. You will be required to work in a team environment and follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not required
