We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at Super8 Salmon Arm. Key Responsibilities:
- Hotel Operations: Oversee the management of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for hotel staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our guests.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
