Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Biryani Boyz. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up to date and accurate.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring that all areas are clean and meet the highest standards of hygiene.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are up to date with the latest techniques and procedures.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up to date and accurate.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week
