  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up to date and accurate.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that all customers receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring that all areas are clean and meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
