Position Overview: We are seeking a Healthcare Services Supervisor to lead our Shared Services team during a temporary contract. This role is pivotal in aligning our services with corporate goals and enhancing operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic framework for Shared Services that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the daily functions of HR Shared Services and Payroll.
  • Mentor, train, and cultivate the skills of Shared Services team members.
  • Analyze and generate reports to assess and enhance Shared Services performance.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to streamline Shared Services operations.
  • Manage and oversee HRIS configuration and integration initiatives.
  • Create communication and training resources in collaboration with the Internal Communications Department regarding Shared Services and HRIS.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in payroll management.
  • A college diploma or advanced studies in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the retail sector is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce, is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French; Spanish proficiency is an asset.
