We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in our fast-paced food service environment. This role requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a quick-service restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen staff.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Estimate and procure necessary ingredients for food preparation.
- Guarantee the quality and service standards of food offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and present operational reports as needed.
- Train new employees on job responsibilities and sanitation practices.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing pressure and deadlines.
- Engage in a combination of walking, standing, and sitting throughout the shift.
- Document sales activities and other relevant data in appropriate systems.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Support team members by addressing and resolving their concerns.
We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 for a standard workweek of 40 hours.
