Insurance Account Representative

At Donna Watt Insurance and Financial Services Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and marketing insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Dedication to customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
- Property and Casualty Insurance license, or willingness to obtain.
