Senior Underwriter, Corporate Insurance Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Underwriter to join our Corporate Underwriting team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As an Executive Underwriter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized insurance solutions for our internal clients, working closely with our Underwriters to refine existing or develop new products and guidelines that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized insurance solutions for internal clients
- Work closely with Underwriters to refine existing or develop new products and guidelines
- Stay abreast of industry developments and use expertise to refine existing or develop new products and guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Pay attention to smallest details and build written communications to guide Underwriters in risk assessment
- Be sought-out subject matter expert from partners in Actuarial, Legal, Claims, Finance, and System teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Underwriting experience – High Net Worth experience is an asset
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP designations
- Strong customer service background
- Team-first mentality
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
