About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at SMG Enterprises Ltd. as an Instrumentation Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instrumentation and Control Systems
    • Inspect and test the operation of industrial instruments and systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine work requirements and specifications.
  • Repair and Maintenance
    • Repair and adjust system components, including instruments, valves, and pumps, to ensure proper function and safety.
    • Complete detailed test and maintenance reports to document work performed and identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety protocols and procedures.
    • Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
  • Industry Experience
    • Industrial instruments servicing experience is essential for this role.
  • Government Programs
    • Recognized employer status is a requirement for this position.
