Role Overview

The Retail Operations Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional Guest Services. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring optimal sales performance and profitability by managing expenses, minimizing losses, and effectively handling human resources. Additionally, the manager will oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory management, adhering to company policies and standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish and maintain high standards of Guest Services.
  • Manage store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Control expenses and shrinkage effectively.
  • Oversee human resources management and team development.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising and inventory control procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in retail management is essential.
